You're Invited! OPEN HOUSE and SPRING SHOWCASE!!

Happy Thursday, Spartans!!

We are two weeks out from our SPRING SHOWCASE and OPEN HOUSE!!

Please join us for a night to celebrate your child(ren)'s hard work on display! This event is OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY, so invite your friends or anyone who has interest in Los Olivos School. I will have campus maps and school information on a table in front of the office.

Schedule of Events:

Spring Showcase (GYM):
4:30 - 5:15 pm - ALL TK-5th Grade Students will be performing and should arrive by 4:15 pm to their classrooms. The performance will be in the GYM.

All Classrooms Open to Tour:
5:15 - 6:30 pm - Please see the attached flyer for what is going on in each open classroom.

Music Room (room 401 - next to the blacktop):
5:30 - 6:00 pm - Come by and meet Mr. T, music teacher for grades TK-5th and Band Leader for grades 5-8!!

Middle School Displays/DEMO:
5:15 - 6:30 pm - Art Show in the middle school locker courtyard
5:15 - 6:30 pm - ASB Math Festival in MS Math (donations accepted to enter) (cash only)
5:45 pm - STEM Rocket Launch - Field (announcement will be made over the PA system prior to the launch)

YMCA Aftercare (room 402 - next to the blacktop):
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm - Come in and see what our after school program looks like!

Scholastic Book Fair Hours (Sign Up to Volunteer HERE) (in the LIBRARY):
4:15 - 4:30 pm
5:15 - 6:00 pm

Agin BBQ (CASH ONLY - NO VENMO) (in front of the office):
5:15 - 6:30 pm

Spartan Merch for Sale (in front of the office) (cash and Venmo accepted):
4:15 - 4:30 pm
5:15 - 6:00 pm

Spartan Alliance and Los Olivos School Foundation Information Booths (in front of the office):
4:15 - 6:30 pm

5th Grade Bake Sale (in front of the GYM) (cash and Venmo accepted):
4:15 - 4:30 pm

TK/K-5th grade students should be dropped off to their classrooms between 4:15-4:20pm. The Spring Showcase will begin at 4:30pm

All classrooms will open after the Showcase at 5:15pm (Middle School students and parents won't have access to classrooms until 5:15pm) You're welcome to come earlier for Agin BBQ or to watch the elementary students at their Showcase. Some middle school students who are hosting demonstrations should check in with their teachers for their expected time of arrival.

Open House is a community event! Please feel free to share this event with community members. See you tonight, Los Olivos!
