2024 - 2025 School Year Registration

We are six month out from the 2024-2025 school year! 😱 

If you or someone you know needs to register a new student, whether they will be in TK/K or any other grade, please share that open enrollment begins March 1st and ends April 30th.

Online Enrollment/Registration Packets will be available to complete on SchoolWise on March 1st. More information is available on our website's enrollment page.

All those that live within the Los Olivos School District boundaries will be enrolled once they register.

Any that live outside the Los Olivos School District must complete their district of residence's interdistrict transfer request form each year. You complete the request form with your district of residence. Once approved, your home district will send them to LOSD. Your will be placed on our waitlist until our April board meeting. All returning students whose transfer forms we receive by April 1st, should be approved at the April board meeting. We must receive all transfer requests no later than June 1, 2024. If we do not receive your transfer request by June 1, 2024, your child will not be enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year. Most transfer requests will be approved or denied by our June board meeting. There is a chance that some may remain on the waitlist until August due to the uncertainty of last minute in-district enrollment. If that is the case and you are approved at the August board meeting, you would start school the same week, but I would also recommend beginning the enrollment process in your home district as a back-up.

Open House (campus is open to the public) will be on Thursday, March 28th, 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

The 2024 - 2025 School Year District Calendar is receiving final draft updates and is scheduled to be on the February board agenda for approval. We are expecting the first day of school to be Thursday, August 15th.
